Suspension & Withdrawal Policy
The circumstances in which GMSQUEST may suspend or withdraw a certification, and the obligations that follow.
GMSQuest Certifications Pvt. Ltd. may suspend or withdraw certification if a certified organization fails to meet certification requirements — such as addressing nonconformities, complying with contractual terms, paying fees, or allowing surveillance audits.
During suspension, the organization must stop using all certification marks and claims until the issues are resolved.
If problems are not corrected within the specified time, or the management system no longer meets the standard, certification will be withdrawn, and all use of certificates, marks, and references must cease immediately.
